The goal of Constrentin’s website was to serve as a centralized archive of the company’s real estate developments.

Although each project already had its own marketing booklets and materials, the website was designed to unify these projects under a consistent information architecture and a visual identity that emphasized the company rather than individual projects.

The digital format allowed the portfolio to go beyond the limitations of printed materials by bringing together a larger volume of photography, technical details, floor plans, virtual tours, and immersive galleries, providing a more complete and engaging view of each development.

While all project pages follow the same structural template, the system was designed to be modular and flexible. Each project reflects its own branding and can feature different sections, allowing the layouts to be tailored to the needs of each development.

At its core, the website was built as a CMS-driven system, enabling content editors to easily manage and update projects over time. Images, icons, text, sections, and other visual elements can be adjusted dynamically, ensuring the platform remains scalable and adaptable as new content is added.
